i dont even know where to start with this thread. as many of you know i was roommates with juliussqueezer when i first moved to GA. it did not work out well and i moved out. he made me sign adoption papers for little max and part of the contract was i could never move without telling him where max was going etc....also if he did not like who would be around to help me care for max when he was full grown he could take him away. that was always a big fear for me and in the back of my mind.
well about a week ago brett called me and told me he was moving to the mountains and he was releasing max to me totally! no more contract! he only said if i was ever to get rid of him that he got to take him back! i don't know if brett finally realized that i was the best choice for max and that i would always practice safety or what. but i am so relieved no matter what the reason. max is mine 100% now

a few days ago i was talking to brett and he has to get rid of all his snakes cause he is moving and his house wont be built for a year. he told me i could have skittles back, she is the dummeril that brett had bought me at the show!
he was selling all his cages so i asked him if i could buy 2 four foot cages. he let me have them for 150.00 plus skittles and a little 2 foot cage free. he also threw in a bag of rats and he made me another small snakehook and a replaced the head on my michelob hook i had left there. the new head glows in the dark.
so for my day off i got to do my favorite thing...decorate cages and play with skittles again. she was born with a rip in her naval and skin flaps on her neck. brett knew i would fall in love with her cause of the naval problem and flappy neck.
well here are pics of skittles and the new cages and all the critters in their new cages. what a great day off today was.
oh i moved all my snakes upstairs in the room across from me, i have always hated them being a floor below me. chance and max are getting 2 8 foot cages built and then they will be moved upstairs too.
my little skittles

pudge just ate so no out of cage pics of him. his cage was carried up with him still in it.

this is storm and she got a new home today too.
