It's a site that's very similar to this that many of the founding members came from. It is very similar to this site, but I think this site is actually better.

I think at times the other site was trying too hard to be a "family" site and the infractions for language flew too freely (even abbreviating a curse word or using symbols like this #%$# could land you an infraction). Don't get me wrong, it is a great site but simetimes it fealt stiffling to me as most of my life, hobbies, job is VERY adult oriented. This site was supposed to be alot like that one but a bit more "free". I think Jesse did a great job at creating that
