I have a question for anyone that can answer too. The vet told me that it is possible that he is using ALL of the stuff from the food hes been eating. So she said he may not poo. I know there is a strict rule with emeralds that you shouldnt feed them more then 3 meals between poos. But that is in the case of a normal healthy emerald. if this guy is using all that he is eating and may not poo is it safe to go on and feed him in a week or 2? even if he hasnt pood? he has had 3 meals with no poop

UPDATE
OK, today was round two of his medication. He has not eaten since his last dose, but when I weighed him he had put on 36 grams. So I believe the meds are helping. I called the vet and got the dosage. He took the dose very good despite wanting me dead. After about 2 hours after getting the dose, I went to check on him, and he FINALLY pooped. More supporting evidence that the meds are working, The poo was absolutely filled, and covered with terrible dead worms and bugs. It was the nastiest poo I ever did see. I cleaned that out and cleaned his bin with a bleach solution. I cleaned his perch of well too. He went back into his bin and curled up happy as a clam. What gets me is how calm he is through all of this. He is very alert and fast when he wants to be, but I dont need a hook or anything for him, I just pet the back of his neck, and he wakes up and I just sort of pet his tail and he cruises off his perch and onto my arm. He never complains when I put him into the pillowcase to weigh him, and the only time he got really mad was when I needed to hold him behind the head to give him his dosage. I hope that this guy makes it. I feel really good knowing that hes passing these nasty things. DIE TERRIBLE INTERNAL PARASITES!!!! hopefully this dose takes care of the rest of it, and chomper lives a full happy healthy life in my care. I know a healthy emerald is a valuable snake, but I dont think anything can get me to sell this guy. A snake isnt just a snake when you have helped it through something like this. I am so happy that he is getting better, my mom even noticed when I took him out of his bin to weigh that his muscles on the back of his head are starting to come back. Once again thnx for everyones help, I could not have done it without you. Chomper thanks you all lol

What an awesome update it sounds like you have him on the right track and he is lucky he came to you! I worry about my snakes pooing too so I feel your dismay when he went so long without. Keep up the good work!!
