New girl!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, I really don't need another snake... I really don't need to get one, no matter how pretty she is.... I am going to Hamburg on the 20th, Columbia on the 3/4 of Nov. if I really want another snake, I am sure I can find a nice one there cheap! I don't need to get that female at the petstore...no I don't....
This is what I told myself 24/7 since Wednesday. *Sigh*, just got her set up in her new cage.... wanna see pics?
She might just be a run of the mill "mutt" type of snake, but there is something about her looks that just made me stop and stare at her. The saddles are really different from others that I have seen (or maybe I am deluding myself so I bought it, IDK) they have these darker outlines with broken up brown in them that almost seems like they are letting the base color bleed through. Almost like rust on a railing that is flaking off and you can see where paint, rust, and bare steel all show together. Her tail isn't a killer red, it is almost rust brown 3/4 of way back, but near the end the red is there nicely and along the side there is a nice red to them. She has alot, I mean alot of pink showing in her. The pics don't do her justice, but she was just fed yesterday so I didn't want to do alot of handling, although I do have a great urge now to go pick her up, but I won't. I should have used a different background as far as color, but I just grabbed the first thing handy. --- oh yeah, I used a $20 because I didn't want to show off with the hundreds, but also did want to look as cheap with a $5.

She's beautiful. Her pattern looks like x'es and o's (hugs and kisses).
At first when I saw a "new girl" thread from Hartsock, I thought Brett determined you were a girl...or made you into one.
