Just arrived Guyanan! :)
This yearling just arrived this morning and I couldn't be happier! I'm just now getting back into boas. I got this one from another hobbyist.
Sorry for the poor flash photos. I don't like to do a lot of elaborate set-ups when they first arrive. I just like to have pics from their first day here to log their progress as they mature.

what is her background. she has the thicker saddles of bci, but the red tail of the bcc.
she looks just like my bci except for the red tail.
i want a suri so bad. |

I'm not sure of her lineage, but BCC are highly variable in appearance. This one has larger saddles but there are peaks on every one of them, unlike typical BCI. In person this one doesn't look anything other than a true-redtailed species. I usually see ultra-thin saddles on South Brazilian, Peruvian and Bolivian boas. |
