Can't keep 'em all!!!
Unfortunately one of these had to go...
I loved them both, but I think it was obvious which it had to be. To be fair, the male on the left hadn't shed twice yet, whereas the female had. The female had also been sitting in a damp drawer after tipping her water so her color was ALLLLL fired up! Also, from day one, this female stood out from the rest as being the most colorful in the litter.
The males pattern is VERY close to being a carbon copy of his mom all the way from the big fat saddles and rounded peaks, to the connected head stripe and little striped tail. Even the ventral side of the tail has the same long red stripe that mom does!
The pairing to produce these was a great choice and I'm ecstatic with the results! I'm expecting that the girl above will put her mom to shame one day. We'll see!

Both are great, but I can't stop staring at the female.

At this point, I have 3.2 left in the house. I had intended to keep 2.2 but this little guy:
He didn't sell. ...aaaaand I'm not that upset about it. I REALLY like him. Actually, looking back, I wouldn't have been upset if several of them didn't sell! lol. So for now, I think he's going to stay here with my other holdbacks...

It's interesting to see how people react to boas. That one on the right is neat but I'd rather have the one on the left.
