Sounds like he is just trying to make you angry, egg you on and get a response. Probably trying to get you to threaten him. I would just keep deleting the messages and ignoring him. Anyways, didn't he tell you he'd hold onto it and see how it goes and that's when you extended the 30 day guarantee? You did all you could and owe him nothing except to add him to your 'do not sell to' list.
