And No one is on Aim for me to talk to!!! [drop me a line ~ dirtystinkystuff ]
gah, I am in my digital photography class, and they have a group critique on everyones images, when everyones assignments are turned in. And every time my pictures come up I am COMPLETELY MORTIFIED. I want to like, crawl in a hole and die hahah.
Todays assignment was on aperture, and First, I have a presentation next period in my printing class, BUT NO PRINTS MADE! SO! I had to scramble into the print lab so I had SOMETHING to present.
So, I showed up to class an hour late [teehee] and then.. The pictures I had put on my flash drive to edit an turn in, [3 different f stops of the same crested gecko, in the same pose] WERENT IN MY FLASH DRIVE! So... I pulled in the wrong ones!
So! I had to dig through my 4 gigs of pictures I had on me. To Find pictures with different f stops to turn in!
Which... Happened to be pictures of... objectionable content. My Shallow and medium depth of field pictures, were of a leachie eating a crested gecko.

A Live crested gecko.
So....... The teacher is flipping through the folders of the pictures submitted, and I hear a bunch of "ewws" and groans when he comes to my pictures.
I am so lame. All I can take pictures of, are geckos! It gets pretty old I am sure.
And... I have a presentation next period. Same teacher, same, lame gecko pictures.... Ugh, I hope I dont get laughed at. I made some really huge prints of mummified cresteds in the egg [which, morbid as they are, are really great pictures] HOWEVER, my sensor is covered with dust, and with a white background, that dust shows up pretty clearly, however, not clearly enough for me to stamp it out all the way! So, my prints are all dusty, and look like poopy.
I just really hope they skip over my images when talking about them. So as to avoiding forcing anyone to look at death...
anyone wanna chat and cheer me up
