I had a recruiter bring in a kid an force him to pay me to cover up one of his tattoos because it contained an iron cross (maltese cross) which was associated with WWII Germany. Rediculous!!!! I am black and wouldn't really take offense to an iron cross. I ride harleys. How many bikers use that as a symbol of their love for riding and rebelious ways?

Oh yea, they are notorious for cap like that. I actaully knew a black biker in Hawaii that had a back piece over his entire back whose center piece was a roughly 5x6 inch swastika. Now Im not saying swastikas are cools or anything, just that we all have our own ways of expression. Im sleeved along with most of mt chest and back, does that make me a bad person or unpatriotic? No.
Are some tattoos mawent to offend and have dark meanings? Yes. Should people be forced to change their tattoos to fit in and conform? No. This is not 1984 people.....
I was actually waiting to see if you had any input being a tattooist.

That's really a pretty brave thing to do to yourself. I am curious what makes someone do this? I think if someone offered me a million right now, I don't think I would have the guts to do it. And I'm pretty broke.
