Hi guys, need some help from people in California
Hi guys,
I need some help from anyone in North California preferably. But I can go to South California as well.
I need someone to take care of my snakes if possible. Cages will be provided, heat sources, everything. Food will be provided as well, as well as any increase in electric bill and a thank you tip afterwards.
I am not sure exactly for how long. 2 weeks or 2 months. Only members I know or are known by others I know on the board applies. Sorry, I don't trust people with only 1 post! LOL.
The cages are 6x2x2 and made of MDF. All the snakes are under 40''. It is a Burmese Python, Columbian BCI, and Suriname BCC.
The reason being that I got an opportunity to sell my house a few years earlier than expected. It will be done in the next month or two, probably. Due to the rushed nature of this, I did not have any plans on where to move yet.
It is difficult enough that I need to find a place for my dogs and cats. It will be harder to find someone who will let me stay at their house with snakes. I may have to bring Ollie to the rescue for a short stay.
If anyone is willing to do it, you will have my deepest thanks. I need to find someone who will let me stay at their house for a while as well, I'm going to talk to family about it. It's not easy to convince anyone to let two dogs and two cats at their house. Hopefully I don't have to bring Dark and Light to the rescue as well as I will be broken without them.

Is there any possibility the new owners could rent your place out to you until you find another one?
The only person I know in NorCal who could possibly be in the position to accommodate all your pets, and possibly a temporary roommate, is Sleepy_FF. But she has been out of touch for a while. I wish I could help.

EDIT: Nevermind, probably a bit too personal information. I'm a little angry right now so I should keep my mouth shut lest I end up looking a fool.
I can't rent it from the new owners, unfortunately.

I'm so sorry to hear this. (I did read the pre-edited post). At very least you should be able to use your profit from the sale and current income to qualify for another property, I would think?? Maybe a smaller one. If there was anything I could do to help, I would. If I had a bigger place, you would be welcome to stay here in exchange for remodeling it. But I only have a tiny one-bedroom. I hope something works out for you. Please keep us posted.

Thanks, I'm not 100% sure. I will know approximately in the next few weeks. Thank you guys so much for considering it. I really appreciate it. I'll have more details soon but due to the rushed nature, I wanted to give as much of a notice as I can because once I know when the house will be sold, I'm leaving within a week or two.

Fortunately I will be able to buy another home. It's not like I'm going to live horribly from now on. The hard work I did from 16-now and my investments paid off well enough that I can at least live the way I generally want to, with my dogs and cats. I don't spend much money other than dog food, vets, and so on. Heck, I don't even have a TV. I had to borrow my brother's LOL.
I'll have to cut back on my eating, though! D'oh! I'll miss that, but I'll be a hunk afterwards! 
I'm feeling a lot better now that I got some sleep. Things will work out somehow!
