It was Christmas for all my babies too. I got two new cat beds, a crinkly cat tunnel, and two pretty cat bowls.
Ollie got a new harness with his name stitched on it, two dog bowls, booties (for hiking the granite mountains, it's easy to slip and cut paw pads on them.) And a teaser toy (squeaky toy that you hang to a pole for them to pull on.)
The snakes got all the new trees, although it's not assembled yet.
And something that's technically for myself, but really for all of us. That chair you guys have seen, the little, white, filthy one in some of my movies and pictures? It got replaced with a futon. I never bothered with it because Dark and Light always slept on a twin mattress in this room and my bedroom, separate from me.
But with a new kitty, and Ollie likes to cuddle on my feet, it was getting crowded with two cats on my lap. And I thought Ollie would want to be up on the chair with me.
So I bought a futon, and Ollie's laying up against my leg, Lucky's sleeping on my lap, and Odin is sleeping on my shoulder. I think it was a good gift for all of us, not just me!
My older brother sent me a gift of a PC game named Fallout Collection, and a reservation for Fallout 3. I liked this game called Oblivion and Morrowind a lot, so he felt I should play it.
I got my soon to be married mother and "step-father" some DVD's. "The Legend of Bagger Vance" is a favorite of mine, I thought Jeff (her husband) would like it as he's a golfer, and for my mom I got "The Runaway Bride" Much laughter was had.
I got my older brother a game called Assassin's Creed for XBOX360, he hinted at wanting it. My younger brother got some new hiking shoes from me.
My best friend, as usual knowing me too well, blew up a few pictures to 11x14 and framed them without asking me! He came to my house and looked through all my pictures to find the few best ones to frame. They are wonderful.
All in all I think we all (furry, scaley, and skin-ny) got something we enjoyed for christmas.
Oh, I got my mother some family pictures framed as her real present. She loves family pictures.
