Breeder animals Pets?
Do you think that the breeder animals you keep are Pets. My mom believes that if the snakes dont breed in a season or 2 then they arent worth spending money to feed, and we should sell them and buy something else. Most of you would say, why does it matter what your mom thinks, they are your snakes?, well, I went halfers on em with her, so technically, they are 50% hers too. I look at the ones I have now as pets, and I do not want to sell them after a couple seasons if I dont have luck breeding them. What do you guys think of this, cus it really has me bummed.

I have quite a few boas that I wont even attempt to breed. Will I ever sell them? No way.

Our boas are our pets. If we are able to get some of them to breed, then great!

Mine have to be able to be both. The hard part is that sometimes six months out of the year you won't be really handling them as they will be either breeding, gravid or recovering from a litter. Can make things hard as far as being able to hang out with your pets :( All of them are "pet tame" and are handled whenever I get the chance (and they are all used to flash bulbs popping in thier faces ) |

I bought all my boa's, and my mom knows how bad I want to breed, and she too use to try to breed balls.
So she knows how much I care for them.
