Well.. did you have to be knocked unconscious for it? They actually had to cut open my jaw on all 4 sides because my teeth were impacted (they were LITERALLY growing in perpendicular to my regular upright teeth).

I was being quite belligerent after I came to... Of course I had gauze in my mouth (very annoying, was not happy about it) and still had needles and wires connected to me (Why are these still in? Shows over take them out!) and of course they wouldn't let me leave right away (Why do I need to wait? I'm up I want to get out already! I'm not that drugged I'M FINE.) And then entire way home I moaned and groaned about having gauze in my mouth and looking like a chipmunk and having 4 less teeth... yeah, my mom was pretty amused.

They gave me a pack of anti-inflammatory pills, a container of antibiotics, and another container of Vicodin. And I'm getting off work for this so heyyy... .

Same thing with me. All of mine were impacted and growing perpendicular, had to go under and everything. Then to top it off, I ended up getting a couple dry sockets. I was in pain for over a month. That sucked.

ewww the dry sockets are the worst! my stiches/sockets took forever to heal!! of course I wouldnt stop messing with them, though.

i think they used 'twilight' on me, not general anesthetic, but I was definitely out cold. waking up was very strange.

I think I got mine out before they started going sideways. I was about 16/17.

After waking up from the surgery, I felt fine (obviously because I was so doped up). I couldn't talk very well but felt real good. Soon as I got home (to show you how smart I am) I started washing all my bikes and trucks. Then ironically, I ended up ripping the stitches in one of them. So my mouth bled for the entire month or two while it was healing. Smart kid, I am.

I only grew one wisdom tooth so I was lucky. They gave me some pain killers after the surgery and told me to take it easy. I fell asleep in a lawn chair for 3 hours that afternoon and got my face sun burned really bad. OOPS.

I can't speak on behalf of Joe because his lawn chair incident wasn't that bad but, I are dumb.

Brooksie...that really sucks!, there is one good thing though, now you can show that in your past expierience on your resume, and prolly get in at almost any pet store, I know at ours out of every 100 resumes only one or 2 actually have expierience
