I got the plate because I was about 15 feet away when I saw it. Got the make, model and year too. It took every ounce of energy not to "solve" it myself, but that's the last thing my Dad needs to hear from me. "Hey Dad, I know you're 5 hours away, but can you come bail me out of jail".
