When I was taking care of my friends adult female JCP (who wasnt the best looking JCP by far), when the time came that he took her home I offered $700, but he still didnt cave...but he assured me that when the time comes that he does want to get rid of her, I can buy her...not for $700 of course

I am very glad to see Louise back on here, and I must say that I was also pleasantly surprised to see JS as well, coming in with his bit.

I hope everything will come out nice and smooth after all the problems on both sides. Certainly I think that both Louise and JS are very knowledgeable and valuable people and I respect them both.

Hey Brett! I figured you would join here sooner or later...I missed that last thread. The soul selling quote wasn't meant calling you the devil and basically from what I know which is pretty much one sided, it seems like both of you lost sanity in a situation that wasn't good for either of you.

I know anything I say will just be rejected as you have told me that I am just Louise's "little buddy," but that really isn't the case. Louise can be very.....passionate, and reacts maybe a little too quickly at times with things. But the one thing you are forgetting that it just isn't a Brett's word vs. Louise's word. Kat was there as well. Kat is one of the most level headed people I have met (on and off line) and she is very objective in her observations. So when I hear petty things like them being locked out of the house, the power being turned off, etc. I tend to lean in that direction. The whole key stroke thing you mentioned in another thread is completely believable because you yourself mentioned you had done that on Megan's computer. So in the long run, IMO, everyone should stop worrying about who is at fault, put it all behind each of you and move on. I would hope in the long run you and louise can patch up a friendship because you both did make a great time on another site and I think there is a good friendship underneath. Some people just can't live together, too different in those ways that matter. So, good luck to both of you.

I wasn't worrying about who's at fault. I don't even really see where anyone was at "fault". There are just people that no matter how far backwards you bend over, it's never enough and anytime a friend owes another friend any money, there's a good chance the friendship will suffer. At the same time, I know I wasn't perfect either. It's hard to be perfect even when things are going great but sheesh...I was getting thrown a LOT of crap mostly over her relentless fight to get Lil Max...and even after all was said and done and I really felt no obligation to make her happy, I mapped out a way where everyone gets what they want, need and deserve. She almost missed out on it because when I told her I wanted to talk to her about it she screamed NO! lol

Addressing some of the points you saw fit to bring up unsolicited...

Locking them out of the house? Oh please. We all had house keys. If I go to bed at 2 am and lock the doors...where's the crime in that. Woopee...they had to use a key to get in.

I flipped the switch on the electricity one night/morning actually after I was I asked for electric bill money and got "static" pardon the pun (all worked out now but at the time it was an issue) and loud music and heavy foot stomping continued for a couple of hours after they got home and I was trying to sleep. I think quiet time at around 4 or 5 am is NOT unreasonable to expect....You would really have had to have been here at the time when the moveout was in the works. There was a LOT of heavy foot stomping going on. It probably didn't help matters that I paid them back by clanging pots and pans in the morning waking them up doing dishes and feeding the birds so they would screech rather loudly I'm not saying I'm perfect and did no wrong but they started it

and no, I never put a key logger on Louise's computer. If I had, it would still be there and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to find it. You hear what you want to hear and believe what you want to believe. I bluffed Louise and told her I had a log of her telling you she was moving out when she got her taxes back to see what her reaction would be. I merely suspected this to be the case due to her sudden change in demeanor but had no such log. She didn't deny it and immediately accused me of key logging but the thing is...why risk such a thing with her when she's SOOOOooooo easy to get a reaction out of and quite an easy read.

Anyway...I'm set in my ways to a point. She's set in hers. They didn't jive. Kat is an all together different story that I don't think is fair to get into here where I don't think anyone really even knows her and even if it was, it's pointless and would seriously hurt some feelings if I was forced to explain further.

As far as patching up the friendship thing...Civil is all I got for them right now. Louise came by today to pick up her mail and a table they left. We were nice to each other but really...I don't think either of us miss the company.

why brett is posting here is beyond me. he has stated over and over he hates most of the members and the owner of the site.

Kat's key worked fine. I tested it the night we came home. It doesn't work now of course because she snapped it in half out of anger when I asked for the keys back when you guys moved out.

I hate everyone on this site? lol..I've never even read the member list but I can assure most of you that I feel no hatred. There is a member or two that I wouldn't cross the street to say hi to but hate is a pretty strong word. It's evident that when Louise is not pleased with someone (in this case, me) that she will stop at nothing to make sure that everyone she knows is also displeased.

Louise, I'll stop posting on your threads when you stop telling fibs and half truths. You made it sound like after all was said and done that I SOLD you lil Max. Want me to post the document we agreed on and signed? The agreement was designed to make everyone happy, not to cause a squabble or extort money you didn't already OWE.
