Allow me to answer that before it gets turned into something it isn't. Max didn't cost her a dime. I did not sell her the snake. It was an adoption agreement with NO adoption fee. When she moved here last August, it took her some time to get on her feet and I covered her share of a lot of the bills and estimated at the time of her leaving a great deal more debt than what I agreed to settle for. I reduced it to about 1/3 and then added 100 bucks for cages because I didn't want Chance and Lil Max to live in totes till she could find caging. Actually the 2 cages she took (8x3x2 and 6x2x2 plus a 4x2x2 with divider that I gave her for free) were well worth the total debt of 600 dollars if she were to be buying them in todays market. The adoption agreement outlines the stipulations of the adoption and she signed a promise that she has to have someone capable of helping her living with her (currently Kat and her husband). Anyway, it was starting to sound a lot like I SOLD her lil Max and that's just not the case. After a very nasty drawn out debate, I think we came to an agreement that everyone can live with. I find all this "soul selling and devil" talk a bit offensive. If anyone sold out here, it was me.

well, im glad it worked out for BOTH of you. and Brett if what you say is accurate, then Good on yah for making sure the snakes at least have adequate housing for now...plus a free 4'x2'x2'.
