Aikido testing today (D/U)

I was the one testing so I was doing the techniques. Trust me, I take plenty of ukimi EVERY CLASS.....  ......I spend enough time on my back as it is...lmfao |

Kool I use to be in the World Tang Su Do Assoc. God I miss it. Now I'm @ 220 lbs. And not as flexable which really sucks.
