hmmm, 1099 ares are different than w2. as far as the one from when you are 15 it doesn't affect you now as you are no longer employed by them breaking that individual contract.

a 1099 basicallly makes you your own contractor, so you can write off vehicle cost and maintence for a certain amount of years, gas, clothing ect, anything work related.

when you are 1099 the employer is expecting you to pay taxes on what you make if they are not taxing you, because they can face fines and more.

you might have yourself in a pickle with the 1099, is there anything in it saying you agree to being in charge of your own taxes act. anything to do with the irs. fed or state.

The people with the power are running (already have run) this country into the ground. You guys touched upon some of the topics such as our inability to ever get out of debt to the private bankers, the inability to cash our money into gold (good thing I'm poor!), the 'illegality' of the IRS, Federal Reserve, etc.

The Amero is coming, similar to the Euro. The US will be ruined, but the people with the power will not care. They were only using the US power and money while it lasted. Soon the power will be in the American Union, which the US will be a part of. They will control the A.U. and already control the E.U. Therefore they will still be in power. We will be left to clean up the mess they left.

If you look at the amendment that made slavery illegal, you will find that it served corporate interest more than the african american. Their newly found freedom was a result of a law concocted to give corporations an incredible amount of power. This law is the reason why corporations get away with crap without any real consequence. They seek their profits, period. Laws will not stop them.

Cannabis at the time of slavery was HUGE in the US and the rest of the world. In fact they subsidized farmers to grow cannabis, and at times enacted laws that made it illegal NOT to grow cannabis. You could go to jail if you were a farmer and did not grow cannabis!! It was used for everything. It was even used as money. It was the most popular medicine across the world. But there was no machine to harvest hemp fiber yet. Slaves were used to crop. Slavery was abolished and Cannabis farming drastically decreased. Well, in the early 1900's a machine was invented to strip the fiber and could drastically reduce the cost of paper to about 50% of newspaper. The wealthy (Hearst and DuPont) realized that the now forgotten cannabis would ruin their industry. In 1937 they solidified their financial interests with patents on 'tree' paper and by making cannabis illegal. Cannabis dropped off when slavery was abolished. It is likely that this was one of the desired effects the wealthy had in mind when writing the 13th amendment. The cotton industry thrived as a result of slavery being abolished. A machine, The cotton gin had already been invented to do the work. And who do you think controlled the cotton industry?

In the end I have to look to my dawg Makaveli (Tupac) for the wise words: "Its not about east or west, its about (blank) and (blank), power and money, riders and punks. Which side are you on?" which to me means, its not like it seems, in the end it all comes down to power and money, strong versus weak, and aggressive versus submissive people. There are always gonna be people out there trying to make you their punk.

Let’s go into a little history lesson here to give basis to where we are currently as a country.

During the presidential term of Lincoln a general bill was passed due to the abandonment of seats in congress by the Confederate States to thus create a tax agency an set guidelines for an income tax. This was put before congress many times before and voted down due to the Confederate States voting strongly against it.

Fast forward a bit to Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) who had the longest term of any president in our nation’s history. FDR had a great vision to get America out of the great Depression with massive public works projects. Yet being that America was on the Gold Standard (our money was backed by gold and could not run over our current reserve of gold rate) and this created a huge problem for him. SO he took us off the gold standard so these massive projects could happen. In doing so he pretty much guaranteed massive deficits for the future as our money wasn’t worth the cotton rag it is still printed on today.

Moving on we come to Kennedy. A very turbulent era he took office in. The Civil Rights issues were being fought hard over, Castro had taken over Cuba thus placing a Communist Country 90 miles south of our boarders, The Russians were being typical Russians and not trusting the U.S. no matter what proof we gave them, Our own biological and chemical weapons research was in full swing and testing was taking place in mass at Johnson Atoll, and Kennedy’s little brother was hot and heavy after organized crime which got his older brother elected in the first place. This was the first time a president had given the go ahead on a gorilla invasion allowing the CIA to launch the Bay of Pigs invasion in Cuba. Yet when it came down to the line Kennedy pulled all military support thus insuring this invasion would fail. He also tried to cut back the military but his second term was cut short by a bullet.

Now we come to Nixon. Nixon was a good president who got caught doing what has been done before. During this time Nixon saw a potential in China and opened talks with them increasing trade. This wasn’t a wise decision as later it created a huge trade deficit but lack of planning always ends up like this. Also during this time Nixon got the results of some new biological agents the military were testing on Johnson Atoll. The results were so good they scared the crap out of the military brass and Nixon. Who entered into a treaty with Russia that neither country would have any research and development into biological or chemical weapons, The Russians being Russian took this as a sign to triple their efforts to catch up with America and took their research underground.

Now enter Carter…. This guy single handedly killed the American economy in four short years. Inflation was common and interest rates were at an all time high. Carter killed the housing market totally! Carter cut back military spending and the budgets of the CIA and NSA. His quest for world peace was the stupidest move ever. He worried more about foreign policy than what destruction he was laying to his country at home. The straw that broke the camels back with Carter was Americans being taken hostage in Iran. He tried to negotiate with them for the love of god!! You never negotiate with terrorists!!!! You just go in and lay waste to anything and everything they have. But Carter wouldn’t hear of that.

Now enter the come back king Regan. Never though a Hollywood actor would be president but it happened. Regan had the FED cut interest rates to at that time an all time low. He increased the military and defense spending thus helping to off set inflation and curb it. He had good policies and a congress that worked with him. In 8 years time the country had turned around and was posed for an economic boom.

Now here comes “Slick Willy” Bill Clinton. The guy lies with such ease it’s scary. Besides various scandals during his two terms he did manage to do one thing. He left office with a surplus over debt. Yes he pretty much wiped out the national debt thanks to the economic boom that took place that was started during Regan’s 8 years and Bush Sr.’s 4 years. He reaped the benefits of others hard work and being the self centered liar he is he took all the credit. But this idiot allowed troops to be massacred in Somalia, and seriously limited our strength in Kosovo..


Now we are at Bush Jr… First term was ok. I didn’t see him as a winning a second term though. But as fate would have it terrorists pretty much insured he would get another term because of the way he handled the whole 9/11 situation. When I saw the news films of the second crash into the wtc I knew someone was going to be getting a rude awakening like Japan did during World War 2. And they did. An “eye for an eye” if you will.. The invasion in Afghanistan was swift and just on all accounts. Then the whole Iraq situation came about. We all saw it coming so it was no shocker. Iraq had been in the biological and chemical weapons development and testing stage for years. They even employed some of the best Russian scientists in that field after the fall of Communism in Russia. NATO knew they had chemical and biological weapons as it was proven by Hussein using them on the Kurds. But the French wanted it swept under the carpet so it was. Now if we all saw the invasion in Iraq coming don’t you think the Hussein regime saw it coming also?? All manufacturing facilities were thus dismantled and moved as were any stock piles of agents they had. Where was it moved to? Current rumor has it to Syria who is known for supporting terrorism. Could be but no solid proof is out there for the media or general public. Thus far well over 3 million documents that concern WMD’s in Iraq have been sealed under “Top Secret” and handed to the CIA for safe keeping for the next 60 years. One would think if they found a biogenic reactor they would allow the press to know about it to support their theory of WMD’s. But if they found a handful and no agents you can bet the farm it would never be reported as the big question would be. “Where are the biological agents”? And an answer of “We don’t know”? would instill fear in a public already “gun shy” over 9/11.
