I used to use something called the bikini workout. It was alright, toned up my arms and shoulders a bit, but not much else.
Hehehe... Haven't worked out regularly in almost two years. This is going to KILL me, isn't it?

i ran 6-10 miles a day for 4 years for track, this workout program makes running look like a joke lol. I went to the gym and free weight lifted twice a day for a year and a half this is 200% more effective.
its not going to be easy but who wants easy

Is this online or do you have to buy a video or something? I've got about 20lbs I'd like to shed. Been walking a little over 2 miles a day now, which is better than what I did before (nothing!) and would like to start working out at home. This sounds really intense!

Funny you should say that... I had the exact opposite happen to me.

I saw the commercial for this product a few times when I was suffering from insomnia. I think it was about 4am that it would come on every night. Looked promising. Simply could not make the investment.
On a side note, I tried Tae-Bo with my then girlfriend about 8 years ago...hahaha she and her friend were dieing but I barely broke a sweat. I have pretty good natural stamina and cardio. I hope p90x is better than that!
Im interested in the results, though, admittedly I will probably never buy the product...new.
Anyone ever do kettlebell workouts?

I don't have anything against the p90x workout, but the key to proper fitness is finding something you are willing to do for years (proper diet and exercise)...if it happens to be the p90x, that's great.
I have cycled, swam, ran and lifted weights...for many years I did all four. I never stopped lifting weights and have been doing that for over twenty years. I still cycle in the summer months. Sticking to anything that requires heavy breathing will help you maintain good fitness.
Good luck to all.

I've never been a diet person. I eat awful food in terms of fitness. But I make it a point to lift weights all week. The thing I'm really big on is running. Been doing that since my glory track days in HS. Mostly just to evade the PoPo. To me, if you like to eat and party hard, exercise that much harder. Works for me. But that's what it's all about. Finding what works for you, not what works for others.

LOL I was the same at your age. For a few years, when I was really crazy (cycle 39 miles a day/ weights 5 days a week/ running 25 miles a week/ offshore swimming 10 plus hours a week) I was eating 5 large meals a day and filled my water bottles for the bike with slimfast doubles. And much beer.
When your 39, the proper food intake becomes more critical.
