p90x is well worth the money, and as long as you follow the guidelines and do what you are supposed to do everyday you will have massive growth and be very satisfied with the results.

Are you still doing it? A friend of mine and I started it again. Below are my 1 & 30 day comparison pics...
I am very very pleased with the results so far... and still have 60 days to go...

My wife and I started three weeks ago, we love it! It's definately the hardest routine I've ever done. We are doing everything as close to the book as possible and I have already lost 16 lbs. and my wife has lost 13. Good luck guys, can't wait to see the results.

hey we had to take a break from it during my time off from this site i messed up my ankle, i stepped off our porch wrong to find my heel facing straight up, the bone popped out of place all the tendons and what not massively stretched out. its still healing if i even step the wrong way it rolls so easy now and always is tender, i have a brace and im looking to get started again in the first two weeks i went from like 199lbs to 181lbs. it works, its hard, but its worth it. im looking to restart my day one on thursday after finals.

well make sure you take it easy on that ankle... I developed tendonitus in my ankle just recently ... it makes things harder to do... so I have to modify..

I've been looking for a new workout program, I'll have to try this one since it's getting such good reviews!
I used to use something called the bikini workout. It was alright, toned up my arms and shoulders a bit, but not much else.
Hehehe... Haven't worked out regularly in almost two years. This is going to KILL me, isn't it?
