Sure come on up. Bring me lot's of presents I'd have the house finished if I didn't have to babysit the old man. He keeps trying to come help and I have to stop and send him back home or listen to his crap...either way he slows the progress when he sticks around too long over there. I am going to let him help me hang doors today though...at least supervise since I've never done it before.
For those that don't know and think I'm being mean, Dad had a heart attack what? a month ago? He's on portable oxygen...and thinks he can still climb ladders and swing hammers. He gets disoriented and has stroke like symptoms (TIA episodes) near daily. It's driving him crazy seeing all the building going on and he's not able to help much. He sneaks out now and then and hammers a few nails. He won't touch the nail gun lol. He doesn't like the cold at all so I'll have a little reprieve from having to watch him so much pretty soon ..till spring.

I've retired from having a large snake collection. I'll only have 3 when it's all done. A gtp, a black pinesnake and a transpecos x southern copperhead. For the most part, I'll just enjoy them in the wild and photograph them. There's plenty here to enjoy. To answer your question though, I'll have a small den in the basement that can be converted to a bedroom if the need ever arises where the snake cages will be. I think it's about 12x12 or so. There are bigger rooms down there but I am setting up a photography studio too that needs more space. Then the back half will be divided up for a darkroom, laundry room, bathroom and storage room.
