Getting my first colubrid! Blue eyed Leucistic Texas Rat snake
I am going to own my first colubrid soon... of "fast type snake" as I have always referred to many of them as.. lol.
I am so excited! Wednesday I pick him up. He is just a baby... few months old. Looks flawless... a brilliant white with big white-ish blue eyes! Compared to my boa and pythons his eyes look as though they are taking up most of his head space! The breeder also has almost every corn snake in the book as well as some milk snakes... I think the Pueblan Milk snake she has for sale may be a hard one for me not to buy... lol but we'll see. I have a few empty tanks but I plan to just buy the 1 snake and have already set up a nice tank for him 
I have not asked for permission to use the photo of the sibling to the snake I am purchasing but will put pics once I get him and let him settle in a little |

Well... I went to get the rat but fell in love with a normal corn of all things! Heis a really shy adult.... he even shakes his tail hes so shy but what a nice boy. The little rat didnt appeal to me as much when I saw it I am happier with this lovely adult who is still with more room to grow
