Is this power feeding?
I have a 3 month old, Albino Burmese, Male
would anyone here consider feeding 1 mouse every 4 days to be power feeding?
i have a nice big enclosure he's gotta grow into lol
all opinions are appreciated as always

Probably not, as long as it doesnt look overweight, or stressed, etc. and takes a poop every 1-3 feedings.
You should switch to rats though
Ive noticed big improvements in my snakes' coloring and energy since i made the switch.

Well thats a bummer =/
Ya ive never used online stores, and Ive only used f/t twice so I cant really help you there.
Have you considered breeding yourself? You have enough snakes that it could prove fruitful within a couple months. Rat breeding is so simple too. The only hassle is the smell.. definately want them in a shed or something.

Start a rat colony. If you put a few drops of vanilla extract in their drinking water, there is very little smell.
It so much more convenient to "grow your own"!

If you're a member of the yahoo freecycle in your area, you can request things on a certain day of the week (which day in your area, I don't know, it's Fridays for us). I have gotten several of my tanks that way, then your initial cost isn't so high. Also instead of spending $10 & up per tank lid, I buy a roll of 1/2 inch mesh hardware cloth for $10-$15; a 24 inch x 5ft roll will make 4 or 5 ten gallon lids, depending on your overhang. I breed mice though, so they aren't as strong as rats... rats might be able to push it off. My mice just like to hang upside down from it.

I would definately switch to rats, you wouldn't have to feed as often and your burm will grow faster. If that's what you want.
