I've never seen a snake blow bubbles when its mad and hissing. Was yours mad and hissing while it was blowing bubbles.
Of course, a snake might be mad and hissing because its blowing bubbles....not the other way around.
Have you checked inside its mouth? Is it making any wheezing noises? Have you noticed it holding its head up for extended periods (trying to breathe)?

This is just me, but if I saw bubbles coming from my snake, mad or not, a trip to the vet is in order.

I agree. I would get to a vet as soon as you could.

I have a scrub python also, and he huffs, and he puffs, and he pees everywhere, and tries to bite me......but he NEVER blows bubbles or sounds stuffed up. Take it to the vet. Good luck!

Any other symptoms? Sometimes you can treat these at home with a simple increase in the overall air temp and basking area for 10 days +/-.
