In my opinion, 6x3x18" is NOT big enough for an adult retic. Not even close.

While either heat source would WORK, our responsibility as pet owners is to ask "what is the BEST for my animal?" As far as caging, sure they will FIT in such a cage, but is it really the BEST for their health and activity? I say no. You will do what you want, but you can't say no one told you.

pretty good pretty good, but if you had some big snakes i would believe you alittle more not saying that your not catching me at what u say but the biggest snake you have is a 7ft carpet python. yes i know big cage is better but the cage i have gives plenty of room to a full grown burms. nice stretch out room etc. and she also gets taken out to.

I don't have larger snakes because I don't have the space, interest, or experience in handling them. That doesn't mean that I don't know how to care for them. Do YOU have the experience? Do you follow the 6' rule?

ive seen a huge retic in a 6ft cage before and it seemed alright let me refraze that for you. when bigger big snakes do not move around as much as they do when they were young.

That is wrong. Larger snakes WILL take advantage of a larger cage if it is properly set up and heated. It "seemed" very happy? How do you define a happy snake?

i do have experience and you do not stick a burmese in a king sized enclosure. some become very fiesty and teritorized etc. when trying to be taken out.

alright dude your rweally annoying me all you have is a 7ft carpet if you had a large snake like i said you would be more convensing ok i cant show you what im talking about over the internet etc. so there is no trying to explain myself. yes they will take the room, but that is if you have all the space to stick them in a freaking huge sized room enclosure.

Exactly why it is not a good snake for someone without alot of experience (though a poor example). You are 16. You haven't yet proved to me that you know what you are talking about or that you have enough experience or even a real willingness to learn. Stop arguing, start listening and maybe you will learn. There are ALOT of very smart people on this site, many of whom have worked with reptiles longer than you (and I) have been alive. They (among others) are who I've learned from. You would do well to read and listen, because many will not tolerate being argued with. I'm being nice too....
