Building an AP rack
I posted this a while back at some other forums but thought I should post here to have it on this database.
.
.
.
Well I got my Animal Plastics EP Hatchling rack in today and put it together . This is technically not yet on the market but Mark was kind enough to hook up a "semi-custom" set up for what I needed. If I am not mistaken this is only the second one of these ever produced. The rack is for this girl's babies.
This was surprisingly easy to put together and the tubs fit flawlessly. Here was the process......
Fitting the first couple of peices.
All of the shelves in.
Threading the heat rope.
Tubs added.
Using a Spyder Robotics Herpstat for control.
The name I stick with.
Now lets just hope there are plenty of babies to fill this rack come May.
Thanks again Mark

RE: Building an AP rack
Super cool. I can't wait until I have the need for a rack like that.

RE: Building an AP rack
If I had a need for a rack setup... that would be the rack to use. Looks like a good system.
Maybe in a couple years I will put one to use.

RE: Building an AP rack
He had only built one before this one. I told him what I needed and he said he had a prototype he could duplicate for me. If you tell him what you are looking for and ask what will best suit what you need I am sure he can come up with something for you
