supply question
Hey there, this might be a little off topic but I'm noot sure where to post this question... Does anyone know a good web site for inexpensive herp supplies? I'm thinking bulbs and ceramics mostly since those need replacing from time to time. There has got to be someone with (close to) wholesale prices, right? So where does everyone shop for their supplies? While I'm at it, for the sake of bonding, where does everyone shop for their critters? Thanks in advance... Caine53

the beanfarm is great they will be closed from August 27th through September 3rd 2007 ive bought alot from them and plan to buy from them again. I find the best place to buy reptiles is from breeders.

Thanks for all the reponses. I have been to bean farm before but have not really found what I am looking for. To be honest, they seem limited in products. I do have to say, their prices looked good.

well what exactly are you looking for?????
if your looking for herping supplies like hooks and probes then Tongs.com is where i go....
if your looking for a specific product then usually you got to go to the source....if you use zoomed stuff then probably bigappleherp.com is your place of choice.
all depends on what your looking for.
but all in all if beanfarm has majority of what most need and some stuff thats hard to find for a decent price like flexwatt lol.

I usually buy the ZooMed products at the local reptile store. I have had mixed success with their products. I am not aware of any wholesalers of ceramic bulbs, but would like to know of one, as they are quite pricey. You may be able to order from them directly. Their customer service rocks.
