Sad News:::
Well RTC, it's been real, it's been fun and mostly both.  I got a call from a Marine buddy of mine earlier this afternoon. MOST of the guys in our unit that have gotten out just got recalled within the last week. I feel in my heart that my letter is in the mail and I will be out of here within a month or two; probably to the big sandbox. I'll keep ya'll posted but this is VERY real and VERY likely.

Hopefully this won't happen; it makes no sense. The military is starting to pull OUT of the middle east (Marine Corps is almost TOTALLY ouf of Afghanistan). I hear, however, that alot of the USMC SecForce guys (me) are getting recalled, for what we have NO idea.

It may have something to do with the recent negative press towards independent security contractors, and the Iraqi government's harsh statements directed at our government for using them. Who knows?
