update on Miko

for people who dont know about miko. my daughter works at a vet clinic and the vet she works for found miko on his doorstep one morning. his wife is the manager at the clinic and she hates cats. she brought miko to work and asked if the workers would take turns taking him home and caring for him. my daughter was third on the list and nobody ever got a turn again. she has been a cat lover since she was 2. the vet found the mother cat and kittens a few days later. the mother carried miko to the doorstep and dropped him off. she cared for the other kittens.
here is miko 3-5 days old. my daughter got up with him every 4 hours to feed him.




miko is now over a month old and sleeps longer between feedings. devin no longer has to wipe his butt with a warm rag to get him to go potty. he still sleeps in his cat carrier and we are trying to get him to use the liter box.
when devin is at work and i am hime i have to care for him. caring for him makes me remember why i like snakes sooo much.

Miko is one cute kewl kitten!!!

We have a stray that came to the house in the country that was pregnant. We think it was her first litter and she had 9 kittens total but 7 where stillborn one passed a few hours after birth and the last passed a day later..... Sorry for the sad story but looking at kitten/cat pics make me think about them.
