Hehe.. he knows how to use them too. He climbs curtains, and will climb up your pants, your shirt, and sit on your shoulder. It's funny.. I let him get away with it more than I should. He's a good cat though. I've always trained dogs.. but cats are obviously so much more difficult. They're too smart. But so far I've got him trained to give kisses (licking my nose) for a treat, and that's a good sign because he's willing to be taught. In a couple more months, he'll be associated with snakes and then taught how to act around them, like my other cat, so I don't have to worry about anything.
I love that picture. Don't try that at home.

Yeah.. cats who aren't raised around snakes will treat them like toys or prey.. and snakes who aren't slowly associated with cats will treat them like predators. It's a delicate process.. but worth it I think. That cat loves snakes.. she respects them and is very slow with them. She has been bitten.. but that didn't change her opinion of them.
