10 foot cage!!??
Yeah, a 10 foot cage. This is my little project I started a couple weekends ago when I had to come home and help my Dad. Pulled an all nighter at the shop last night and got a good chunk of it done. I can honestly say that this one will turn out to be my best. I wanted something bigger than my 8 foot cage so I can remain the ranks with Raze and his . I got to designing it, and thought that it's size is going to make it very heavy, so it will obviously be on the floor. Well thinking about the traditional rectangular shape cages. With a cage this size on the floor, you would have to squat down to look inside. It made me think of the slanted Neodesha cages, then BOOM it hit me . You'll be able to see everything in this cage w/o having to kneel down. Pretty slick huh?
.
Constructed with oak plywood. Dimensions run 10 x 2.5 x 2.5. My Dad special ordered 3 sheets of custom 4'x12' plywood as apposed to the standard 4'x8'. I was going to run a couple dado cuts for a sliding glass door, but my Dad might have 2 fairly strong hydraulic arms. So I could make a face frame and use the arms to lift the door itself, just like the truck of a car.
.
Sorry, no better quality of pics, didn't bring my digital home with me for Thanksgiving. My goal is to have this fully completed by next summer. Long time away, but I don't come home that often.
Thanks for looking.

Brandon that is awesome! You do wonderful work!!!! I love how you'll be able to view it at an angle. .... And I think you've given me an idea for building one if I don't order the girls' cages from J.Worlds.

I failed to notice how nice your dads shop was. No wonder you can build all this great stuff!

Great idea. You better patent-protect that before somebody snakes your invention.
