Just some boa pics

I've been lacking in posting snake pics due to the kittens. Was feeding some of the small boas last night and decided to snap some quick pics of two of them before meal time.
I have such a hard time capturing the color and figuring out this camera (finepix). Anyways, this is Captain Jack, our one-eyed sunglow *pet only* that I recently adopted:

With flash:

Covered flash with hand, gave an odd red hue:

No flash, indoor light, in shadow, always comes out fuzzy:

It is very interesting to watch how she moves and behaves due to only having one eye. She keeps the blind side against her enclosure, herself or toward where she has been, always turning her good eye forward. She is a little shy and a little defensive, but not as bad as I would have expected.

Bacon, my young hog isle from Chad Duggin. She is finally losing her hissy attitude. (no flash)

I hope she gets some of the rich orange color her mom had.

Thanks for looking!
-April

I just had to say thanks again, that was a nice compliment.

There were quite a few people trying to adopt Captn' Jack but he didn't trust the fact that they said they wouldn't breed her.
