I don't care much for snow either. But what can you do?

I like snow. It's the icy roads I don't care for.
Every time I take a photo of my house, I cringe. It looks funny not having all the windows cut out yet...no rails on the porches, heck...a couple of decks missing all together...no siding or rock work. I'm getting impatient

This isn't really Georgia. Even though it's inside the Georgia state line, we are really a suburb of The North Carolina / Tennessee ...sticks. Actually...there's no interstate within an hour and a half drive which means no real civilization either. Major cities people know around here...Turtle Town Tennessee? Ducktown Tennessee? Murphy NC? Ellijay GA? I haven't given this much thought till now, but I wonder how many residents here are in the witness relocation program?

makes me want to visit the snow. Everything is simply lovely in that photo, even though the house is unfinished, what a wonderful setting.

The house is looking so good JS! Snow is a progress bummer but it makes the land look so white and pretty!
