We have been introducing Azure to the concept of snakes. At this age she has no fear but no self control either...lol...luckily our animals are pretty tolerant





And for those who would give me crap about having a young child around a snake, I say more kids have been bitten by cats and dogs than by snakes.

Dank, that is the best thing I think you can do...now while they are young, removes fear that may come later and there is no danger invovled in that. only feeding a childs mind and helping to make them a more rounded person who won't fear what others do. Keep up the good work!

I find that children when growing up with reptiles or furrys have a much more respect for wildlife than those children who have not.
Not saying all kids that dont grow up with animals dont respect wildlife,but when they do they are more apt to go that route.
By the way that is a very good pick of your daughter and the Suriname.

She is sooo cute! I am glad to see my parents aren't the only ones that know its ok for kids to be exposed to all sorts of animals. They raised an animal fiend...I am sure she is on her way too!
