You can do a couple of things....one is just to click on the square icon in the grey box above where you type in your message (it looks like a postcard with a mountain range in it). Then just copy the URL of the pic you wish to post and paste it in the dialog box that will appear. Hit enter and viola...instant pic.
OR ... you can type in " [img] " and then the URL of the pic you wish to inseret. Then end it off with this again " [img] " except put one of these " / " behind the " [ " and in front of the " i " in image.
That will do it too
