so ive decided the next snake i'm getting is a sumatran blood. ive done a on of research but i wanna know what people that own this guys think of them

I love them. You may need to work a baby to get it to calm down for you. Most can be pretty tame after a little handling. This was the one I realy liked...don't know why I got out of the egg layers sometime
He was about twice that size when I sold him :( I miss that little guy.

i love them!! my girl is a sweetheart. but you do have to use a hook with her because she loves her food lol every blood i've messed with has never tried to bite me but thats not to say they won't.

I love them! I've never owned one but we had a little girl at the pet store I used to work at. She took a little work at first, but she's such a sweet heart now. I wish I had the money to take her home. I miss her so much.
I have heard that they have behavioral problems when they get older. But i figure once they get so heavy people don't take them out as much and lack of handling shows. But I'm not certain.

If you've never owned one, prepare to get bitten a few times.
I like borneo's over sumatrans for their docile nature, though they can nip you when first bothered. I have a friend that had a big sumatran and even 3rd gen cb it would bite the bejeebus out of you. Hence why I got a borneo.
Pretty snakes too.
