or heard. Tragedy is never easy to face, but seeing with your own eyes....I can't imagine the horror you went through. I think that it's a shame, though, that after that horse charged a child, it wasn't turned into glue. Granted, the horse was mistreated, but you can only give them so many second chances. When the animal has so much devastating potential and strength, it is always better safe than sorry. If you truly love that animal, put it down before its memory can cause anyone pain and misery (respect it enough for that). Sometimes it's hard to believe, but everything happens for a reason. I am sorry for what you suffered through. The only advice I have is not to feel guilty when you are ready for another dog. You won't be replacing your beloved Zale and Capone, you will simply be opening your heart to another buddy in need of your love. It sometimes can help the healing process along.
