It looks like he had a very long and cared for life.........I think he passed from old age and was a very lucky boy to have been so loved and cared for.
It is never easy to lose the ones we love.......however.........when they live a long full and happy life..........it makes it easier to take.
My thought are with you.

So yesterday I came home to find our Whites tree frog Adorable on his back and breathing all weird. I called our local reptile vets and no luck getting him in before they closed as they wouldnt see him anyhow til the am . So I took him out of the cage and just had a terrible feeling he wasn't gonna make it very long if even to another vet even further away and he hates to travel. He showed no previous signs of illness and all I could figure is he may have jumped and hit the cage and my reptile dealer thinks it could have just been old age as he was somewhere between 6-8 yrs. old. Not sure. I really didnt handle this well cause he was my first frog and the start of our reptile /amph. collection and I loved him so. He had a great lil personality for a frog and loved it when u did have to handle him ( not that I did this frequently) but he would just sit and get that smile like look Whites get. I am terrible when I loose a pet and nobody really gets it here that I know as they acted like ..well its just a frog and seemed insensitive. HE WAS NOT JUST A FROG!! He was my lil baby and he will be missed forever by all of us in our home but especially his cage mate Lily. Who will see the vet to make sure she is healthy. Thanks for reading and I know you all have gone through it so you'd understand how I feel.
