We share your sadness, and appreciate your good deed in bringing his suffering to an end.

I know just how you feel, as do lots of us here who have lost dear pets/old friends. My Pickles I had for fifteen years before we had to let him go and he died in my arms. He was a cocker spaniel and I was eighteen - got him when I was 3 years old and he was a big part of life as I knew it growing up, all those years with our family. A perfect sweetheart of a dog: loving, trusting, funny, smart...all the things a precious dog should be.

Your Bodie will always be in your heart.

No words can comfort you, I know. I cry with you.

I know how sad you are........having been through this myself.
I try to look at things like this in a different light these days.
Your buddy Bodie had the best life and was your best friend.........and all of the fun and good times you two shared are always going to be with you.
Bodie will always be with you.
I am sorry for your loss..........but happy for the life you gave Bodie and the time you were given with Bodie as a friend.
