PETA stated out with good intentions, but now that woman is just outright loopy.
animals have to eat, humans have to eat, we have a set of carnivorous teeth because guess what we are carnivores. like or not we are what we are, our body was designed to live off of meat. we weren't meant to be veggy eaters only.
i will always be a meat eater, my family in south Dakota raises cows and we get a cow every year and eat tons of meat all year long.
mmmmmmm, i like it rare and bloody. now that is natural instinct lol

I was vegan, but not because I have something against eating animals. I have something against the way animals that are to be used as food are treated during their lives. Just because an animal will die to feed another animal does NOT mean that it does not have the right to a good quality of life.
Consider this, we have starving people all over the world, yet, 60% of our grain is fed to farm animals. If people didnt eat farmed animals, then we could triple farm output with the same amount of land. I wont even get to what sort of pollution farm animals cause

not all feeder animals are treated like crap, my family who has over 300 cattle have them in several hundred acre plots. we have to use 4 wheelers to travel the whole area to check calfs and heffers. and it can take hours to do.
they get rotated from pasture to pasture and they are all friendly
some farmers treat feeders bad but not all.
but then again its no different then how feeder rats or rabbits are treated also.
