Its an enter at your own risk thing. You can not be held responsible for anything that happens if somebody under 18 goes into an adult section as long as you have a warning at the beginning of the section! Its just like any Adult site... you have no proof that people are the age they say they are.... its just life!

I don't agree. How would you feel, if in a few years. Julianna is on a "reptile' site that you think is safe, and goes into a forum like that?
I'm not a mod, but I don't think that's the kind of image they would want to present.

make it a hidden forum, you cant see it, just like the admin section, and make an admin have to invite members. I think its not a half bad Idea...if you put it right in plain open, then everyone under 18 is gonna be requesting to join...make it hidden, and invite by a mod only

How would the mod know who to invite? Is there a way to confirm someone's age online?
