Riley
Just wanted to post an update on Riley! He is doing well, and is settling in nicely. I have been wearing my fiance's batting gloves while handling him, so when he does "tag" me...it doesn't make it throught the gloves....and he seems to give up after a few attempts. A little while earlier I opened his tank, put my hand in, and he came to me.... Wrapped around my hand and everything without striking. After about a minute thought he did strike at my other hand when I made a somewhat quick movement. I would take some more pictures, but the flash sends him into a frenzy....and that's not what we need right now 
He is going to be a great snake, I can tell already 
Edit: Riley is a Merauke Amethystine "scrub" Python, for those of you who missed the thread lol.

I think he was fed not too long before he came to me, because he had a good little lump for a day or two after arriving. I will probably feed him next Monday.

What are those comparable to? I know them as pinkies, fuzzies, big fuzzies, small, sm-med, med, med-lrg, lrg, XL, XXL
Where do pups fit in?

Glad the snake is adjusting well. I am pretty sure rat pups are rat pinkies, but it has been a while since I fed those .
